How is my price worked out?
From your inventory, the move option you choose, access at both addresses and your date. Build the inventory on your quote page, a real person checks it, and your fixed price is confirmed before you book.
Can I change my booking after I have paid the deposit?
Yes. Your quote page stays open. Add or remove items, change extras or move the date, and the price updates before anything is charged. If a change is large, John checks it himself and confirms the new price with you.
Can I track my move on the day?
Yes. Your quote page shows when the crew sets off, the arrival window, loading progress and when everything is delivered. You can message the crew from the same page.
